"Excellent location- right next to St Marks Square, so a perfect base to explore on foot. Very polite and helpful staff with 24 hour concierge.
Rooms were clean and newly renovated. Fresh towels, coffee pods & water provided daily which was great. Breakfast was good too. All in all, great value for money! "

"Excellent location and view. Noise is expected and part of living in the area. Staff were kind and courteous. There was a rush for breakfast even in mid March. Some.noise at night from the usuage of laundry machines in the floor. Loved my stay though"

"I booked in the annex building and was assigned to Room 509. I am 5’ll” in height and kept hitting my head on the room’s ceiling beams. Not sure if all the rooms are all the same. Other than that, the location is perfect and centrally located in Venice, the hotel staff are great, and the hotel is very clean. "

"Great location. Efficient and knowledgeable staff.
The room was excellent, spotlessly clean and with comfortable beds. There is no lift in the building so please be aware of you have lots of luggage or struggle with mobility. "

"Building and room were clean, breakfast was cold an not edible, the tall caucasian guy with glasses at the desk was extremely rude.
The Air Conditioner in the room did not work so we spent our nights trying to sleep in a room that was between 76-78 degrees at night.
We couldn’t change rooms and were not allowed to get a refund to change hotels.
If you want to stay at a place that looks good on the outside but the core of the place is rotten then stay here"

"Excellent breakfast. Very clean with every necessary amenity and convenience. Our stay exceeded expectations. The location is perfect - an easy walk to all the places we wanted to visit and lots of great restaurants close by.
Perhaps the outstanding feature of our stay was the staff. They were incredible! So helpful and welcoming. Truly special. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!!"
