"Love how comfortable these rooms are. They feel clean and newly decorated. They also have an amazing gym on the top floor that looks out over Forest Park. The restaurant is great and provides order ahead breakfast, which was convenient. The staff is always nice. The area the hotel is located in is very safe, but there isn't much open at night to walk to. So a care is necessary. pet friendly property. That is why we go there. However, the room, carpets and other areas of the property were visibly dirty. The faucets, both shower and sink, were leaking and made a mess. Had to eat my breakfast cereal with a fork because they had no spoons. Both of these were brought to staff members' attention. They did not seem concerned. Slamming doors in hallways and auxiliary entryways all night. We had a party of 7 and all agreed it was a subpar stay."

"This Hampton Inn is all about location. For a person who loves to walk, so much is within easy reach: Gateway Arch National Park, National Blues Museum, Busch Stadium, restaurants, shops, the mighty Mississippi.
