When you pay for an all inclusive stay you expect there to be few restrictions. "It’s a 3* - and very good for that level. The staff were very friendly overall - the service isn’t great - had to go on the hunt for cutlery most meal times. The food was tasty - some days more than others - always found something to eat but we aren’t that fussy - and went out for dinner quite a lot for a change of scene. "The hotel grounds and pools are lovely. The staff are excellent and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are roomy with a large balcony overlooking a pool area, beds are comfortable and rooms are clean but a bit dated, The all inclusive is not worth it, drinks choice is awful and wine is only served with meals, only red and white no rose ! "There is no self laundry on site, there is a 130 stair walk to the beach, they dont change the sheets, mosquitoes get into your room everyday they go in to clean. The curtains are stained, the floors had hair all over in the corners. The pool was clean and nice. The staff is all male and as hard as they try they need a womens touch overall. And the beach is not a beach, sand never touches water, just rocks."
