The beach front room was Amazing, by far the best hotel I've stayed in. the ocean view was phenomenal the dinning was great and the staff was awesome. this is truly a 10/10 experience. As a side note make sure you book the all inclusive package there isn't much restaurants near the resorts. You'll save a lot of money by booking it initially rather than paying for every meal. $30 for lunch $35 for dinner for 2. you'll save 50% by booking the all inclusive stay

I stayed in pool-view room, which was nice. Cheaper rooms are classsical rooms garden view. They are located in peaceful part of hotel , but the view is not so good. Depend how view from the room is important for you .

Not everywhere you have the feeling that they really want you to enjoy your stay as much as possible. This is one of those places.
Another important point is the beach. If you have kids and want to stay in peace of mind, this is the right place: It is in a bay whose depth degrades very slowly. They can play in the water without adventuring in the deep blue.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with a beautiful view. Pool area is fun and relaxing. They have a slide/jump/dive area that lands you into the bay. Stores and shopping are all around you that are lively and stay up late. Something we didn’t know is rideshare is not allowed to go into Naama Bay. Only taxis can which are more expensive and they overcharge you.
