We are in the hotel for many years every Xmas. It always welcoming on a good level. Despite some typical Egyptian quirks, the area still boasts charm and natural beauty. Don't forget the windless bay of Ras Um El Sid (Fanar) which is vital in winter. Big sandy beach is also rare in the area.

The facilities, gardens and beach were beautiful. The availability and variety of restaurants and bars were excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The allinclusive food and drinks were excellent in variety and quality, there was something for everyone and it was all delicious. The family room was comfortable for a family of 4, clean and well serviced, and the staff created a peacock out of towels and flowers on our bed on one of the days which we loved! What could be better was that the room and bathroom was a little dated and could do with refurbishment.

Paradise on Earth

Seriously, not only are the sea, reef and beach are stunning, but the resort itself is immaculate and impeccable when it comes to the service they provide. My friend and I finished a 10-day trip around Egypt in Sharm-el-Sheikh, which now I understand was the best choice. Exploring Cairo and Egypt can be very chaotic and overwhelming, so having a break from crazy traffic, pushy vendors, and not always good service provision was a blessing. I could spend hours writing about this resort but I'll summarise it below by listing what impressed me the most: - the place is thoroughly clean. Not even a tiny bit of dirty goes unnoticed and there is always someone cleaning the entire place here and there (and the place is huge!) - the food is inclusive in the package when booking a room and its quality is beyond. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were equally impressive and delicious. Congratulations to the kitchen staff and a big thank you to Kalid (who makes omelettes). - the bar and restaurant staff are incredibly well trained, friendly, polite and made us feel always welcomed and at home. Big thank you to Mohamed Alshshtawy, Mahmoud and Ibrahim. - the reception, again, well prepared to deal with international standards and tourists. We arrived a bit earlier to check in and, although our room was not ready, the reception kept us well entertained so we didn't notice time flying by until we were taken to our accommodation. Thank you Anas and Valeriia. No space for more, but you get the gist!

The reception staff is particularly nasty, when we arrived they just gave us an envelope with the key (not even the folder with the room number) and the password for the Wi-Fi. We asked for basic info and the guy said “call the guest service to get the information”. The phone in the room was not working, the toilet has a leak and since we were on the ground floor there were insect in the room. We found them every single night because the entrance door has a huge gap under it so they can easily enter. The guest service attendant, a Russian girl was rude and she can’t provide any information, we asked for room service and after many calls they said they don’t have this kind of service, on the check out we discovered they have it indeed. The beech was super crowded and the sunbeds are not enough. What is really unacceptable is that the floating bridge is severely damaged, the plastic is broken and there are missing parts, you can easily injure yourself, so please pay attention when you walk on it. Horrible suitcases handling policy, during the check in and check out they just live them unattended outside the reception no tags with the room number, if you ask for the bell boy to pick it up from the room they will tell you to live it outside the door, again unattended. In 4 days we saw 3 people complaining because they could not find their suitcases. The only pros of this hotel is the location, temple reef is beautiful and Hadaba is very central, and Roberta she was super helpful

Localização muito boa. No próprio tem agência de turismo, que ja tem comodidade de tratar com os próprios os termos. Tem agência de mergulho, que ja faz todo o curso. Sem precisar sair do resort. Perto do badalado Fasha Café, da pra ir a pé. Praia boa para fazer Sporting e mergulho com cilindro, se nao tiver tempo de fazer algo fora do resort.

Biz balayı için bu oteli tercih ettik her şeyiyle harika bir deneyimdi.Özellikle personellerin ilgisi çok hoşumuza gitti.Gidiş geliş havaalanı servisini kullandık, havalimanında aç kalmayalım diye yiyecek koyup verilmesi çok iyi bir detaydı.Tüm ekibe aşçısından ,garsonuna, temizlik görevlisine ve resepsiyon da ki Halit beye çok teşekkür ederiz.Yemekler ve temizlik bizim için çok önemliydi şüpheli gittim ama yanıldım ikiside kusursuzdu.Geleceklere bu oteli sonsuz öneriyorum gözünüz kapalı gelebilirsiniz.Denizi gördükten sonra diğer her şey unutuluyor zaten:)

Otelde 2.kez konakladım. Tesisin konumu son derece güzel, resifler ve balıklar şahane. Hizmet kalitesi üst düzey. Tüm personel çok ilgili ve her zaman yardımcı olmaya hazır ve cana yakın. Yemekler çok lezzetli ve türk damak tadına uygun. Resepsiyonda türkçe bilen Khaled sayesinde tüm işlemlerimiz çok kolay halledildi ve tüm isteklerimizin yerine getirilmesini sağladı. Khaled kendi cep telefonunu verip her talebe anında ulaşabilerek çözüm sundu. Ana restaurant yanındaki barda Ali Sehata her zaman hızlıca memnuniyetimizi sağladı. Teşekkürler Reef Oasis.

Öncelikle söylemem gereken en önemli sey çalışanlar çok yardımsever, anında çözum üretmeye calısan bir ekip. Otelin giriş kısmı biraz eski gibi dursada bizim odalarımız hep yeniydi ve yeterınce temizdi. Denize yakın olması nizim için büyük bir avantajdı cunkı deniz ve sahil mükemmel. Bu ptele zaten deniz için gelinmesi gerekir, aquasıda var ama bir tık eski, tüm tatili denizde geçirmek isteyeceksınız😌. Yemekler konusunda iyi şeyler söyleyemeyecegım, malesef bizim damak tadımıza uymuyordu ve hergun aynı yemekler vardı. Özellıkle tatlı kısmı cok vasattı. Bir de önemli bir not; sakın havlu kartlarınızı kaybetmeyın cıkısta parasını alıyorlar hemde 12 dolar 😱😱😱 keşke basta bilseydık cocugun eline vermezdık😂😂😂 seneye tekrar gelirmiyiz? L’hôtel est très bien entretenu tout est clean. Les restaurants sont très bons. Le personnel à l’écoute. La situation de l’hôtel proche de la mer est idéal. Le seul bémol c’est qu’il ne parle pas du tout français, il est surtout fréquenté par des Italiens et des Russes.

öncelikle bizi ücretsiz olarak havalimanından alıp dönüşte de havalimanına bıraktılar. Taksilerle uğraşmamış olduk bu gayet güzel bir uygulama. işletme konumu olarak iyiydi. Farsha cafe ve marketlere yürüme mesafesindeydi. otele giriş yaparken lobi kısmında türkçe bilen bir personel var sizle ilgileniyor yardımcı oluyor dil bilmeyenler içinde güzel bir ekstra. sahil kumu ve denize giriş kısmı temizdi çocuklu aileler için uygun. 3 4 tane restaurantı var 2 3 gün sonra benzer yemekler görmeye başlıyorsunuz ama genel olarak fena değildi bizim yemek kültürümüze uygun yemekler var. Yemek konusunda sadece tatlılar çok iyi değildi ve meyve çeşitliliği azdı onun dışında yemekler için olumsuz birşey söylemek yanlış olur. Bebekli aileler için tek önerim zemin kattaki odalardan rezarvasyon yaptırın çünkü 2. kattaki odalarda asansör yok ve günlük 3 4 kere bebek arabasıyla o merdivenlerden inip çıkmaz zor oluyor. çocuklar için ekstradan aquapark olması da güzel. genel olarak memnun ayrılabileceğiniz konum olarak hizmet güzel bir otel .

Abbiamo alloggiato al Reef Oasis per 7 giorni, e ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo. La spiaggia è ben attrezzata e abbastanza grande, il reef davanti all’hotel è spettacolare e la passerella permette di vedere la barriera corallina anche dall’altra parte, ed è veramente stupendo fare snorkeling lì. Abbiamo sempre pranzato in spiaggia con hamburger e pizze (buoni). La pulizia è quasi maniacale, il cibo è molto buono e soprattutto vario. Ha tre ristoranti a buffet e tre alla carta inclusi nell’all inclusive (basta prenotare), e in più uno di pesce alla carta a pagamento. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile. Una grande nota di merito per noi va al centro diving: abbiamo fatto con loro la nostra prima immersione e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ali, il nostro istruttore è stato veramente bravo, parla italiano molto bene ed è molto preparato, consigliamo veramente di provare questa esperienza. Sempre con il centro diving abbiamo fatto l’escursione a Ras Mohammed e anche in questo caso è andato tutto nel migliore dei modi. In generale è stato tutto perfetto e consiglieremmo questa struttura a chi cerca mare bello, ottima posizione (si raggiunge il Farsha Cafe a piedi) e una vacanza tranquilla di pieno relax.

Il resort è bellissimo, il reef lo è ancora di più, accessibile direttamente dalla spiaggia. I servizi e il perosnale sono stati eccellenti, cortesi, disponibili, resort e stanza pulitissimi. Cibo buono e variegato. Non date però retta alle escursioni proposte all'interno del villaggio, lasciano a desiderare e i prezzi non sono in linea con quanto offrono, in ogni caso, per non ricevere sorprese.l, fatevi spiegare bene coaa andrete a fare per ogni proposta che offrono.

Tornati dopo 4 anni, con alte aspettative da quel ricordo, rimane ottima cucina, ottimo punto mare, ottima location e giardini, ottimo personale ai ristoranti, camere, e pulmino. Purtroppo qualcosa è cambiato, nulla l' attenzione al cliente in reception (per fortuna in aiuto Roberta) Camera superior vista piscina con molti problemi, poi cambiata con una identica ma funzionante, comunque categoria molto inferiore a quella della prima vacanza .... si vedono i segni del tempo, poca manutenzione e pulizia......e vagonate di arrivi, veramente tantissime persone, a marzo poi, spiaggia completamente superpiena, over booking?!?! Problemi anche con l' escursione via mare....nel complesso, a malincuore, non credo torneremo a breve, visto il rapporto qualità e prezzo pagato....
