This is an amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Zermatt and a mere 4 minute walk from the train station. Staff were very nice, rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable. They have an attached restaurant and bar that were great. Both have great atmosphere with a cozy fireplace in the lobby bar. Great saunas and steam rooms on the lowest level. Ski storage room as well and a nice gym. Perfect place to stay on all fronts.
Great stay in this hotel for a group of 4 friends. It was clean, near the city center, and had a great view of the Matterhorn and other mountains from the balcony. Wish I was able to spend more time in Zermatt and in this hotel.

Great, small property just around the corner from restaurants, bars, and activities in Zurich. Rooms are small, but very (modern) efficient, clean, and comfortable--at a very fair price. Nice breakfast--nothing fancy, but perfect for a good start to the day. Plenty of fresh fruit, cheeses, breads, etc., etc. Thomas, the manager, was very helpful and friendly. I will stay at this hotel again!

It would be helpful IF the information of the WIFI , the Breakfast Time availability and the charges for the Suisse tax are printed on another separate piece of paper and placed at the front of a desk or on the bed will be helpful.
Great location, next to train station and town. One thing no one tells you about Zermatt is that cars are not allowed. You must leave your car in the town of Tesch and train in. Hotels.com, this should be in your write up. Nice bar and great breakfast buffet. Staff was very freindly and helpful.
We have a very good stay and experience in this hotel. The staff are super nice and the hotel is so clean and comfy. And best of all I was given a room upgrade! I will definitely stay here again.
Nice location to enjoy Zermatt. Easy walking, but away from crowds. Room had a nice view of the garden and a sitting area. It was a nice sized room. Staff were helpful.
