"We had a great stay at the resort. Right by Lake Thun with great views, good food and drinks, and close to the bus stop to visit nearby towns/stations. The spa pool and sundeck were great to spend time in and not crowded. The room was clean and we were provided a fan at no cost for warmer days. Staff was attentive and polite. We would have liked more smoke-free outdoor areas including dining but otherwise we had a great time and would definitely stay there again. "

"The room was not very clean. I dropped my book between the bed and the cabinet and my book was covered in dirt and fluff. We did not use the swimming pool - or should I say plunge pool. The online photo makes it seem like the pool is about 25m long but in fact it is more like 10m! The swimming pool is very dark and dingy and not at all inviting. run hotel with friendly helpful staff I was travelling on my own to ski. My skis were taken from the storeroom presumably by mistake. The staff were extremely helpful in trying to relocate them for me. Food was excellent. "

Far enough out to be peaceful with lovely views but handy enough as just a short bus or train ride from Interlaken centre. This hotel is just a couple of mins walk from the station and bus stop. "I think this may be my first hotel review but this one was well worth taking the time to write about. The service here is outstanding and everyone there goes above and beyond. They are friendly and knowledgeable and really made a difference for our stay. The hotel design is also very elegant and the pool has a very nice view as well. The service all around from the waitresses to front desk and especially to the concierge made this feel better than the four seasons or ritz. "
