The accommodation was spotless, the staff were so helpful, and the breakfast was absolute perfection.

8/10 Very good

Extremely convenient location as it's right next to the Interlaken West train station. Service, the room, and breakfast were good. Note that if you have a room that faces the street, it can be a bit noisy from the people on the street and the non-associated restaurant that is attached to the hotel.

Exceeded expectations in all categories. Friendly and welcoming staff with expert local knowledge , helpful information and advice. Hotel location is perfect. Often Hotels next to a train station or bus station are not in a nice area but NOT the case at Hotel Bernerhof. Super convenient and superb views and a short walk to the all important Co-op

Great location, right across the street from one of the main train stations in town. Right on the main street, so it was close to restaurants and a large park in town. Clean, comfortable room. Helpful hotel staff. Great stay!

8/10 Very good

The hotel is very convenient to transportation, the staff are super helpful and the daily breakfast is very good with lots of choices. The hotel is a little dated and linens and mattress need improvement. Other that I would recommend this hotel when in interlaken.
