"The hot springs pool for adults was very nice. Outdoor. Nice courtyard with green trees &: rock gardens. I don't know why some folks said it was terrible, run down, not clean. It was absolutely nice. Overlooking the lake. Restaurants close by. Better to remind readers to shower before going in the pool. I will go back & stay a few days whenever I went to the Vancouver. "

"Super cute little boutique style hotel, amazingly close to the beach and centered in all the fun. I booked a dog freindly room on expedia. Checked with the hotel, I was told everything was fine. A half hour later, I got a call and was told that no dog freindly room was available. Phoned back in the morning, asked for a manager, no manager was available. I explained everything to the lady on the phone, she reached out to manager not on site. Phone me back very quickly and was told to bring my dogs they will accommodate. If the dogs would not have been allowed I would not have gone, and because I booked though expedia, it was a non refundable booking and would definitely have hurt the pocket book. To my surprize, they handled it very fast and professional. The dogs had a blast, so did we. Amazing stay, would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. A+++"

"I usually don’t expect much from a motel, but this was the loveliest one I’ve ever stayed in! I have to start with the room. It must’ve been recently renovated because everything felt new and contemporary. The flooring was warm and inviting (even in the hallway which is rare for motels), the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was exceptional - complete with a full tub and modern decor. Everything was so clean! The room had a mini fridge, good sized TV and a sweet balcony facing the lake and the mountains. The only thing missing was a dresser for unpacking my clothes, but it was a small detail in light of everything else. The front desk staff were very kind, even offering my boyfriend and I free gelato next door as it was my 50th birthday! Nice touch. We had a small spill on the duvet upon arrival, and the lady came up with new covers and a very positive attitude. Major bonus points for that! The property is walking distance to everything, and very convenient for seeing concerts at the neighbouring Memorial Hall. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and right across the street from the Lagoon. All in all, for a birthday stay, the Harrison Grand was a perfect and affordable location. I highly recommend it!"
