Had to book a last minute room and the Harrison Lake Hotel was a great price and easy to book. The front desk worker, Akhil, was wonderful and made checking in a breeze and the housekeepers were very sweet. The hotel is just steps away from the beach and the main strip in Harrison. It is under construction (as of October 2026) so there is quite a bit of work being done, but it was quiet and not too much of a bother.

In 20 years I’ve never stayed anywhere as dirty, run down and poorly maintained. Excellent staff, sadly the place is a dump. The breakfast was terrible, low quality, limited food at breakfast. Again, very nice staff, just seems the owners don’t seem to value a clean well maintained business

Overall, my impression was not very positive. The parking elevator area and hallways felt worn, run-down, and a little spooky. There was also a strong unpleasant smell in the hallway, and the air was not great due to construction on the third floor. The room itself was clean and quiet, which was a plus. However, because of the overall atmosphere of the parking area and hallways, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Front staff was nice but failed to give any info about breakfast of wifi or parking. When I remembered about them I had to go and ask. The room was fairly clean but everything looked beat up. The outlet on the lamp did not work. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain properly. The window was wide open out to a kind of terrace when we entered and one of the latches was broken. Breakfast did not start until 8 which was too bad because we were travelling and started early. It was quiet though. And the bed was clean and comfortable. And it was nice and close to walk to many food places and shopping.

The hotel & our room is very different from the photos posted on the website. It’s really old and needs lots of work. It has a great parking garage underground; however, it could use some good cleaning. There are many bird poo and cigarette butts. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The court yard is pretty but a bit dusty.

The property is under a well needed reno! The room was cozy, beds were very comfortable. The carpet was extremely dirty tho.. The staff were ALL very accommodating, polite & helpful! Breakfast was perfect. Especially liked the location, it was walking distance to restaurants the lake as well as the mineral pool! We were very happy with our two night stay! We would definitely stay again!

Check in and out easy. Staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean, asked for face cloths and the afternoon manager went and got them. The breakfast was very good and tasty, scrambled eggs and toast, fresh fruit and yogurt, lots of fresh coffee, muffins. This was more than I expected. The best part was that I got to go to mineral pool. My one night stay was excellent. 10 out of 10. No air conditioning, but a fan which was Okay. This hotel has 2 elevators working and free underground parking. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed 1 night at this hotel with my wife & found it conveniently close to the beach, restaurants, hot spring pool. The building facilities are old but under renovation. Our bed/bath rooms were clean, comfortable, complete with appliances we needed. The staff were helpful hospitable & gave me free parking & extra time for check-out. It was definitely good value for the price paid. We're happy & satisfied, thank you!

The hotel is dated. Needs a heavy renovation. Rooms are big and beds were comfy. However its under ground parking only. My truck barley fit. I had to remove one of my radio antennas to fit. Also for the amenities. The pool house closes at 3pm Thursday to Sunday. And the hot springs is only for those staying on the resort.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The front desk staff, both in the evening and in the morning, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The location is perfect right in the center of everything, and only a 2-minute walk to the beach. The room was spacious, very quiet at night, and extremely clean. The building is older, but it is very well maintained and had everything we needed. It was peaceful with no noise at all, which made our stay even more relaxing. Perfect for families and couples. I would definitely stay here again!
