"The rooms were nice and good for the price point. However the service was lacking and staff was so limited it effected the check in process, breakfast foods, and check out process. One person was doing breakfast set up and checkout (who had a little attitude). When we asked for help to check out they were rude and we had to ask a second time to get help. "The staff was super friendly and accommodating from the moment we checked in - late at 2:30am. They helped up navigate to our room and provided us with all of the valet parking details. Our room was super clean and had plenty of plugs for all of our charging gadgets. We traveled with our dog, Unagi, who loved the hotel just as much as we did. family friendly place, for us it is very centrAl and close to many areas near Seattle. 20 min away from downtown and major tourist attractions. There is a great variety of choices for the continental breakfast and they restock constantly. The pool is decent for a relaxing moment. The rooms are up to date.
