Upon checking in, the staff was very helpful and nice! Our room was perfect and spacious for our family of 5. All teens had their space and the extra mirrors for the girls were very appreciated. The kitchen in the room was well cleaned and had everything we needed. Breakfast was also great. Tailored to kids, to adults and to those who just need some protein and coffee. Everyone was happy!

This hotel was conveniently located near the train stop, within walking distance. You can also easily walk to the ice rink/shopping area. The rooms were clean, the pool was nice, and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was always well stocked even at the height of busy service, good selection for hot and cold foods. The studio rooms are designed well and the lighting between all the spaces is easily managed. The bed was very comfortable and there were pillows for everyone’s taste. All the small items needed to wash the dishes and run the dishwasher were available under the kitchen sink. The front desk staff were extremely courteous and helpful when I asked for extra hangers and other requests for my extended stay. Whenever I’m in the Seattle area, I’m definitely counting this as my first lodging option since everything was better than expected, parking super close and convenient, not to mention the light rail station is steps from the property. Definitely recommend!

It was a comfortable, new hotel, but the room would heat up whenever sunlight hit the window. I chose it for its proximity to the mall, only to find the old mall closed and the new one still under construction—leaving nothing else around, which was disappointing. Also, the kitchen tap only dispensed hot water; I contacted the front desk, but since it was late at night, I was told it would be addressed the next day—yet no one ever came.
