The front desk staff didn’t just go through the motions — they made me feel seen and valued, which is something I rarely experience at large-brand hotels. I accidentally booked the wrong room type, but when I called down, they handled it seamlessly. Someone came up right away with new keys — no fuss, just pure professionalism and care. The room itself was spotless, crisp, and fresh — I was able to relax immediately, which isn’t always the case in hotels. Sometimes the air feels muggy or the cleanliness is questionable, but this was absolutely on point. I hadn’t realized how expensive last-minute stays in Seattle can be, but honestly, this hotel was worth every penny. We even got lucky and caught a little local festival that evening — the view was great, and the atmosphere just added to the night. The bar manager made me a perfect cup of tea and was so warm and welcoming. The next morning, we asked for a local recommendation at the front desk, and once again — they nailed it. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personal. Highly recommend this place. If you want a stay where you feel taken care of, Courtyard Marriott Everett is it."

"The room was clean upon arrival. The placement of the fridge and microwave was blocking the doorway to the bathroom.. wish the bathroom fans were stronger and that the complimentary soaps were more than just a one time usage for one person. "

"The property was absolutely beautiful. A lot of food options in walkable distance. The only issue I had with the property was the walls were so thin I could hear guest outside my door and in neighboring rooms (alarms, talking &showering) Bed was a little hard for my liking but I am sure most won’t notice. "
