My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. The room was nice and clean. It had all the amenities we needed. What made this hotel extra special was the staff. They were all extremely helpful and caring. The front desk manager, named Marc, was especially nice and accommodating to our every need. If we ever come back to Madrid Centro, this is where we’ll be staying.
Very convenient location for walking to many shops and bars and restaurants. Even Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts one block away

We had a family double room for 3 adult and it’s roomy and comfortable. Right on Gran Via so it’s so easy for shopping and dining. The hotel has a roof top bar which has a beautiful view of Madrid. It’s an excellent place to spend the evening with friends/family.

The hotel is in a relatively new building compared to similarly priced alternatives, and it shows. The room is modern, breakfast is excellent, it's literally a two-minute walk to Plaza de Espana, where the main Gran Via begins. The Royal palace is also nearby. Good deal!
We only stayed 1 night but the room was clean and quiet (we had an inner room). Bed was super comfortable & AC worked great. The location was very convenient for walking around the plazas & close to tons of bars & restaurants. We would stay again!

My room was facing the inner court so no natural light at all. For an upgrade I could have chose a room facing the street but it is a busy street.
We spent one night here after a football game before flying home to the States. It was a perfect location to Vincente Calderon stadium, walking distance, very easy. The room was a good size, with very comfortable beds and a nice sized bathroom. We ate at the restaurant downstairs after the game. It was busy, but the staff was very gracious while we waited offering a drink at the bar and light snacks, as well as a complimentary appetizer once we were seated to make up for the wait. Lovely...
We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and absolutely loved it! Although it's located on a busy street, our room was very quiet thanks to the noise-cancelling windows and electric shutters. Both the room and bathroom were spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed, including shaving and dental kits, shower caps, and a variety of cute little bottles of toiletries. Hotel and staff are nice. The only quirk is that it requires taking two separate elevators in different parts of the building to get to your room, but no huge deal. Staff and amenities are nice. Breakfast is amazing and definitely worth the added cost. My wife got pregnant here, so 10/10 recommended the bed.
Although this hotel is in a busy area convenient to shopping and sites, it was very quiet in the room. The room was lovely, comfortable and very clean with all necessary amenities. The rooftop terrace was amazing, with a bar that served food also. The breakfast area had a terrace also with a great view and great breakfast choices. I will definitely return!
The hotel itself was great. Breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that we had to walk a good 20 to 30 minutes to get to any of the popular tourist spots. But overall, we had a lovely stay there. And the rooftop deck and pool was a really nice place to go and relax.
