Great hotel! The staff were super nice to us and especially toddler. They were helpful and happy to be helpful. The location is close enough to retiro if you like to walk. We also walked to the main center of Madrid. Taxi is super easy to get if you don't want to walk. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great location for families.

Definitely an oddball hotel. I think it’s a four star but easily could be three indefinitely would not be a five in any scenario. Underground parking is accessible and pretty easy. There was a ton of construction going on around the property itself not very central or convenient location kind of hard to find is. It’s just in a corner location. Breakfast was very good A+ there. Everything was fresh. I definitely would not stay here again as there are so many other options in Madrid. The staff was very nice just a bit consistent on us too who is more helpful than the other

There was construction work everyday outside the hotel that started at 7am and did not finish until 8pm sometimes 9pm. It was very loud drilling all day and we were not made aware of this before we booked the hotel. We could not use the outside terrace of the hotel due to the noise or go back to our room in the afternoon to relax due to the noise.

La atención del personal sobresaliente, tanto en cafetería como en recepción, especialmente en esta última de Eva y Najib. Habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa. El hotel es elegante, bonito y el estado de conservación es de 10. Nos dieron una habitación en la planta 12 con buenas vistas pero deseábamos una habitación más abajo. Enseguida atendieron nuestra solicitud y nos cambiaron de habitación rápidamente. Ojalá terminen pronto las obras que tienen justo en la plaza Conde Casal porque deslucen un establecimiento que es una maravilla. Garaje cómodo. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de El Retiro, cerca del centro de Madrid y al mismo tiempo cerca de la salida a la M30.
