The hotel is in a great location, close to both a taxi stand and a metro station, making it easy to get around Madrid. The room was clean, quiet, and well soundproofed from outside noise. It was equipped with a Smart TV, so you can log in to your own Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and other streaming accounts. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, and the bathroom was spotless and well stocked with towels, shampoo, and shower gel. The staff were always kind, friendly, and helpful. I stayed here for the BTS concert, and if I ever come back to Madrid, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Location is great and convenient. There is a common area that you can buy things from the supermarket next to it and eat there. It is very close to the Principle Pio, so easy for those who wants to visit Avila or El Escorial. It seems also quite a safe choice. Overall it worth every penny.
