Everything was perfect! Great family spot.

8/10 Very good

Lovely hotel centrally located. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Only issue was with bar staff who, after moving us to an area within the bar, then chose to clumsily move us again . Their attitude was not what you would expect from a hotel of this quality and tainted what otherwise was a very enjoyable stay

This hotel is a great 'home base' to explore Madrid. It is right beside several grocery stores and across the street from a subway station. Taxis are plentiful and available 24/7. The front staff are multilingual, friendly, and helpful. The room is larger than many in comparable places in western Europe, and (most importantly) the AC worked very well. I would definitely stay again if I have the chance to visit Madrid. Highly recommended!
