Absolutely amazing stay. Didnt try out the spa but this was an amazing hotel. I believe it was a little slow so the staff upgraded me to a room that faced the lake. Breathtaking views. Anything in the mini fridge is free of charge and breakfast is included. All things that really matter when traveling in an expensive country. Would highly, highly recommend.
The hotel is great. Rooms are big modern and clean, the view of the lake is fantastic , and the staff is excellent. It is however a bit of a walking and 15 min of public transport to go to Zurich so may not be the most convenient place to stay if you want to spend a lot of time in Zurich..
We had a fantastic room on the third floor with a view of the beautiful lake. The staff were extremely pleasant especially checking in and out. The breakfast was very good and so fresh. Tea and coffee plentiful as with croissants and all other quality breakfast items. The beds are super comfortable and room spacious. Will definitely be coming again.

The views from the windows were extremely gorgeous including of Lake Lucerne and mountains on the other side of Weggis. The room was spacious with an incredible bathroom/tub. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options of the local fare. Also, staff was very polite and helpful. We would love to stay here again!
The room was really spacious and had an awesome lake view. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They give you a free bus pass to use during your stay. You get on right out front and it takes you to the city center or train station in about 15 minutes. Very easy and convenient. After a day of sightseeing it was nice to come back to our room, make some hot tea, and slip into a cozy robe and slippers. Oh my gosh this place is heaven. The room was perfect, good size, comfortable bed with a balcony overlooking an absolutely breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains! The hotel is close to old city and train station. It is very comfortable. The bed and the pillows , also the bathroom was really nice specially the shower.
