Amazing views

Mandarava Resort and Spa is beautiful. It is a little oasis tucked into the cliffs of Karon Beach, Phuket Island!! It is close to the beach within walking distance or shuttles that are provided throughout the day. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful (the soaking tub is a delight)!! The breakfast is deliciously yummy with a diverse range of Thai and Western food. The staff are more than accommodating, kind and incredibly helpful. They will organize tours and call ahead for car service....

A great experience staying at this hotel for 4 nights. Staff are welcoming, rooms and views are nice. Enjoyed so much about the executive lounge as well. Definitely will recommend to others.

OMG !! What a fantastic property ! One of the best five star hotels I have stayed in with my family. So much of thought has been put into every small detail of the hotel. Staff, Service, Quality of food, Breakfast spread, Interiors, shower pressure/temperature, location, Toiletries, Pool, Gaming room, Gym, Free tokens - Everything is TOP NOTCH ! We paid good money to stay here but every penny is absolutely worth it. Being vegetarians, we had so many options laid out for us and also a separate...

All of the staff were great, but the staff at the burger place were amazing. They went out of their way to make sure I enjoyed my meal. The room was also very nice. Would love to stay here again.

Amazing breakfast and very helpful staff

I like everything about this hotel. My last 5 trips to Bangkok, I stayed on this hotel. But unlike other hotels there is no room upgrades.. regardless, this will remain my prefered hotel for the time being. i usually visit Thailand at least once a year, if not twice.

Lovely stay gardens were beautiful friendly staff pool a bit small however early morning late afternoon my preferred time breakfast excellent variety shuttle boat to bts and shopping … hotel situated at lower end of river

Everything about Holiday Inn Pattaya is just terrific! Room was fantastic, view was amazing, food was excellent, and the entire staff was awesome! Easy ride to night life for (roughly) 25 cents, about inexpensive as you can get!

Went to the rooftop in 2024 and loved it so much I decided to stay here in 2026. Amazing decision. The rooftop was closed in 2026 for renovations so I can’t wait to see what it looks like when I return. The staff was nothing short of amazing. Beyond helpful.
