We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The family room was really spacious and clean, and breakfast good with plenty of choice. We also had a lovely surprise when the staff left a cake in the room as it was my husband's birthday while we were there. Conveniently located with a 7-Eleven and a clothes market downstairs, and it was easy to get to all Bangkok attractions via Grab taxis or tuk tuks. The swimming pool was gorgeous too. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel is very central, which is a great plus. However, since it has 3-4 different entrances, it can sometimes be a bit confusing when booking a Grab; you need to choose your pick-up point carefully. The hotel is quite old and features 3-4 towers, making it feel a bit like a labyrinth—you might find yourself walking through different buildings and switching elevators to reach your room, depending on which tower you are in. Despite this, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The property just needs a little renovation and maintenance, but overall, it was an okay stay. Thank you for everything!
