Its the staff that make this hotel all staff and management are so welcoming and eager to help . Rooms ok and we did end up getting a late upgrade both they are just basic. Hotel in ok location to get top laces but like anywhere in Bangkoktraffic can be a nightmare . Foyer area very nice and breakfast lots of choice .

It was a very reasonably priced hotel. Great location. Staff at the front desk were a bit discriminative. Cleaning staff were very nice. There was a horrible smell that come out of the shower and toilet at night that was nauseating.

Great hotel. Great location, very close to an MRT station, it's also in the pick-up area for most of the tour companies. The service was very good. Even though my reservation didn't have breakfast included, I recommend that you get it; the breakfast is worth it.
