"It is a beautiful hotel. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. Staff was very helpful and the shuttle to the airport was quick and on time. Much appreciated."
"Great location but dark and very odd setup. All the other hotels in Switzerland had a coffee/water dispenser in the room but this one you had to walk to a library to get instant coffee which was horrible while all the other hotels had nice espresso in the room. There was no concierge to help with bookings for restaurants etc… it was bare bones so it yourself… never again. "
"The hotel was okay but quite pricey for the facilities and room. We were not aware that the bed would be on a raised platform - whilst not a problem for us, it might be for others if unaware. The room was very hot at night with no way to control the temperature other than opening the window. Check-in was a bit odd as you had to do this on an iPad and ‘create your own key’ - it would have been quicker for the staff member to just do it! It was okay overall. No kettle or fridge facilities. "
"Beautiful brand new hotel that is directly across from the main train platforms. Super convenient for exploring the area. Also the breakfast included with our stay was the best free hotel breakfast of our entire trip. Great selection and fantastic cappuccino’s."
"I was staying for one night only and have to catch an early flight. It is closed to the Airport. 300 yds apro. Walking distance. Nice bed, good shower. Nothing superb. "
