The staff made our honeymoon stay exceptional! Vincent, the concierge is such a pleasure and has a real passion for service. He provided us with detailed maps and recommendations for our outings. Wonderful stay with outstanding concierge service I had a wonderful time at this property. The energy of the place is so welcoming, and the room itself was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The view was nice, though the “lake view” is a bit too far away to really enjoy from the room. Aside from that, everything was perfect. Check-in was smooth and they even accommodated me early, which I really appreciated. The highlight of my stay was Vince, the concierge. He was absolutely amazing, helpful with every question I had, especially about navigating to the Glacier Express and getting around the area. His magical personality made everything feel easy and memorable. Overall, a fantastic stay that I would definitely recommend!

Sophisticated Hotel

Stunning hotel, very near to the train station and UN attraction. You get free travel but I was only told about this when I arrived. It would have been useful to have at the airport. The hotel is modern and the staff are polite and very helpful. The only downside was the bathroom decore. It was very old fashioned compared to the rest of the hotel. I will stay here again.

Hotel is over priced for dated facilities. Gym equipment is dated and not functioning properly. Room - clean, but bathroom is small and sitting on the loo you have crouch to one side, shower is poor and hot water fluctuating and the shower does not go high enough. Bathroom and room very dated and over priced. Was not informed of building work which started at 7am. Terrible sleep. Overall stay average. And poor given price!
