Necesitan poner más información y fotos reales del hotel las fotos que están allí publicadas no son las del hotel que fui aparte hay dos Hyatt y cuando llegas al aeropuerto te llevan al que no es para cobrarte más dinero por eso deberían poner las especificaciones bien y las fotos reales de donde vas a estar gracias

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel du Parc (Classic room) for three nights in November 2024. We absolutely love this charming hotel that is in a great location and has so much character. The room was large and had everything we needed. The breakfast was also great, with plenty of choices made from fresh ingredients. This hotel is incredible!! so close to city center and all main attractions in Cartagena . I one hundred percent recommend it, staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast , pool restaurant , carta ajena and rooftop were excellent also so sophisticated. Special thanks to Erick , Adonis , luis, and Lisa thanks for your hospitality it made my stay even more special!

The hotel was charming and clean. The staff were super nice, and their cafe downstairs had a pretty good breakfast. I stayed in the room that had a loft with 2 beds and bathrooms. The downstairs area was very tight. Especially if you have 2 suitcases that open light a butterfly.

Amazing! Brand new property with impeccable design and outstanding service. Loved the room decor and the huge bathrooms! The hotel restaurant has a great vibe and is delicious. Breakfast buffet was really good and great service as well. The location is perfect, looking out on the park and with tons of restaurant options just below the hotel or in walking distance.

Very good Hotel, and the part I liked the most was that the Hotel elevator takes you directly to a shopping mall, where you can find lots of stores and food. Personal in the hotel were very nice and open to any needs. Would recomend this hotel 100%. Make sure to get a room with city view!
