We've stayed there 7-8 times now. We obviously love it for the great food from both the upstairs and downstairs restaurants, the jacuzzi/ large hot tub (?), and the incredible staff. We've been very blessed to get to know them and enjoy staying here bc of them, an feeling like we are safe staying there.

The whole place was 5 stars. From the employees to the rooms to the food! If I go back to Colombia I will stay here for sure. The breakfast is awesome and the staff from the restaurant are amazing! If you want somewhere to go and be near everything this is the place to be!!

Very modern hotel. Very clean. Amazing staff, as they were all very accommodating. The only thing I would change is to keep pool open longer. By the time we got back from a full day of sightseeing 7pm, it was already too late to enjoy the pool. Other than that, we absolutely loved it.

You will not find a better hotel that hits all the marks. It has every amenity. A Jacuzzi, a pool, a small gym, a parking garage, two full restaurants with a variety of delicious food, and the nicest people that you will ever meet working here. They are trustworthy and in a great location. What else can someone ask for? They have it all right here. We've stayed here probably 10 times now, and we really appreciate the fact that we found it early on in our travels to Colombia.🇨🇴

Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Binn Hotel exceeded every expectation. The staff were beyond amazing, warm, attentive, and truly made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Everyone, from housekeeping to the lobby team to the kitchen staff, treated me with kindness and professionalism. You can feel the care in every detail. A must-stay when visiting Medellín!!
