From check in to check out, The DuParc & everyone there are fantastic! Sara checked me in & was as sweet as can be. Victor was wonderful assisting me to my room & showing me what I needed to know. Alejandro & Diego in the evening are awesome. Juan Carlos & Alex during the evenings was very helpful. Edwin was always helpful with a smile. Carlos & the breakfast crew were attentive & pleasant. Estefania & Housekeeping were wonderful & always pleasant as well. The other female staff members were always sweet also & Yuliana is excellent when it comes to booking & communication. I highly recommend this hotel. 5 Star experience for sure. I look forward to my return!

The hotel itself is good.The breakfast is bountiful and a good variety. The staff are very helpful and the location is good. Unfortunately, it is noisy facing the front and it's a 24 hour scenario in the busy neighborhood of young partygoers all night. They are currently doing construction directly across the street and they remove the trash which is recycled and separated by hand into the wee hours and starting early in the morning. Noisy most of the time.

Staff was AWESOME very attentive, i got the superior with a balcony room basically suite for the price of a regular room in most places, the food was great definitely try the club sandwich literally the best ive had, and the location is perfect because its a 1 min walk to parl lleras but without a lot of the noise at night so i could still sleep.
