Great hotel in a very touristy location. But know that my room was very tiny! There was no place to keep any of your clothes etc. Pretty much had to live out of a suitcase. There was one very inconvenient place to hang some clothes. Bed was very nice and comfortable. I would definitely go back again, but I will most definitely ask for a room with more space and storage for basic clothing essentials.

I didn’t try any food at the hotel. But it’s right on the strip of the clubs and park. You only get 1 visitor per your stay. And if you want t I change that it’s a $75 fee. So just be aware. Pool was warm and every floor has a water station to refill your bottles. Rooms are small but do the trick.

Staff did not took us to the room and explained things, they conveniently leave earplugs in the night stand because the noise between 1am and almost 4am it's unbelievable, and they do not warn you about that, breakfast is highly price, and ice and othe things like that only operate on kitchen hour, if you want something in the evening or night, you have to get it outside. So if you looking to spend a quiet night and rest. This is not the hotel for you

Hotel charges $75/visitor to allow visitors to your room after first visitor, day or night. This policy is not disclosed in the policies listed on Expedia. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the breakfast is decent, location was a too busy for me, people walking around and loud club music till 4am. Hotel does offer earplugs. Highlight of the hotel is the rooftop that I didn't find out about til my last day. The front desk should promote the Penumbrā bar when checking in guests as the view of the city is amazing from there.

Hotel is still under construction. Was woken up every morning with hammers hitting the ceiling above me very loud, as the rooftop was being built and I was on the top floor. This is a brand new hotel, and the ceiling leaked during the rain in two spots, getting my luggage and clothes all wet. Was very lucky I moved my Laptop otherwise it would have been ruined. The rooms are very small even the “grande suite” It wasn’t as loud as people say on here, but then again I was on the top floor. You can hear the music but it wasn’t that bad and people exaggerated that the music plays until 4. The clubs shut at 2 and by 2:30 it’s quiet. My favorite parts of the trip was the cafe staff. They were incredibly kind and greeted me and welcomed me every time I went downstairs or arrived back at the hotel. The male with the beanie and gauges was very helpful especially since I don’t speak Spanish well. Location is amazing though. Near everything. I felt very safe in the area and they have security outside for their guests. Being that it is a new property and the ceilings are already leaking, I don’t think I would stay again and would probably recommend you stay elsewhere.
