Had an awesome time. We extended our stay here by a day and passed up going to another hotel which was planned for our final day in Canada. Would totally go back here. Ski resorts during non-ski season are great places to visit for hiking. Staff was all great. Parking was right under the hotel. Fast internet. Soo many shops and restaurants there. Would definitely go back!

Side of property is under construction. Staff was helpful and prompt. Restaurant charged $4.00 per “unit” of tiny shrimp, which were overcooked. Restaurant service poor.

This hotel was an amazing find! Great location to a few restaurants and stores. Very clean hotel. The rooms were very comfortable with everything a traveler would need. The shower was an odd set-up with having to be crowded into a corner and being stuck to the shower curtain. Tea and cookies available in the lobby. Warm breakfast was very good.

We went to Whistler for family ski vacation. Our stay at the Pan Pacific was excellent. Their ski valet and ski locker mountain side was a valuable service. Staff was excellent: helpful, cheerful, invaluable. Would absolutely stay there again.

Owen at the front desk is the best hotel receptionist I've ever met. The rooms were spacious. My kids loved the pool, hot tub, and slide. Close to many good options. Great breakfast and hard-working breakfast staff. Great hotel
