The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating with restaurant recommendations, calling taxis, and servicing the room. The room was spacious, and refreshed daily. Breakfast was simple, but the croissants were fresh and enough to start our day. Room rates were reasonable for that area of the city. It's an old, converted bank building, so I recommend bringing outlet adapters to accommodate all those electronic devices. Amenities include a souvenir shop and a small bar if you desire a nightcap or pre-dinner beverage.

We stayed here for 3 nights from the 5th to the 8th of September. We loved this hotel, it is very quirky & we loved all the artwork. There is no restaurant & our only criticism would be that you get 2 croissants/pain au chocolate every morning for breakfast, we would have liked a choice of maybe cereal, toast or fruit & yogurt, which can be done without a restaurant. Other than that it was great. On another note there is an excellent mexican restaurant a few days down, great food & great cocktails.

The location is convenient. I loved the art throughput the hotel. Although the breakfast is limited to croissants, they were excellent. Some areas of the hotel showed deferred maintenance such as soiled traffic patterns in carpeting. The entrance in particular was soiled enough to make a disappointing first impression. There are a number of steps at the entrance for those that have issues there.
