Wonderful experience in this amazing hotel. To the points that matter the most: room was very comfortable (including very nice bed and excellent shower pressure); breakfast with great variety and good quality; staff very polite and helpful; check in and check out very fast and efficient. Definitely coming back and definitely recommend to others!

Loved staying here! The location was good for us -- we enjoy walking, and were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. There are restaurants close by. The complimentary spa was AMAZING!!!! We reserved the spa for 10:00 in the evening -- perfect end to a day full of walking. It was about a 10 minute walk from the subway station to the hotel. The staff was very, very accommodating. Amazing!!! Overall the nicest hotel and experience at a hotel I have ever had, and I typically book 5 star hotels.

This is an astounding combination of upscale hotel with a full-service, multifaceted series of spa facilities. The hotel is efficiently run, very well-appointed in an understated way with spacious rooms and all amenities. Most, if not all, rooms have balconies. The bathrooms are unusually large for a European hotel. This image of the lobby really captures it, and to the left is a majestic staircase up to the mezzanine restaurant which offers a delectable (and costly) breakfast. But overall the value is very good actually compared with other hotels in this most central of locations. Especially wonderful is the quiet! The windows are double glass, and at least in my room, the bedroom was inside the overall 'suite', with hallway and elegant/classical bathrooom (w/bidet, shower, and bath). And a heated mirror...

I thought I was booking an inexpensive hotel conveniently located near the highway. This place far exceeded my expectations: this hotel could be a destination in itself. The swimming pools (in and out), the grounds, the decor (handcrafted, unusual furniture).....and the breakfast! Fabulous.

King suite was very roomy, big fridge with large freezer, stove with good dishes. Bed very comfortable, lots of pillows. Huge bathroom.

My wife and I had an incredible experience at this resort. The breakfast is amazing. The pool and spa are truly remarkable. Very relaxing.

Loved my stay! Was only here for a night but will definitely look this hotel up again if and when I come back to Vienna. It was in a great location, very clean and comfortable, and staff were super friendly. I didn’t eat breakfast or at the restaurant here but nonetheless I loved my experience here!
