Great place.

All Excellent except no Air Conditioning. And it is very needed. Hot in Summer.

Easy check-in and parking, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, and appreciated the free drink. Would definitely stay here again!

I thought I was booking an inexpensive hotel conveniently located near the highway. This place far exceeded my expectations: this hotel could be a destination in itself. The swimming pools (in and out), the grounds, the decor (handcrafted, unusual furniture).....and the breakfast! Fabulous.

Beautiful property. Awesome location. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff great too. We had a problem with our first room. They tried to fix the tv and couldn’t, so they moved us to an upgraded room. However, when we got to that room- immediately we can hear the toilet running. So we say thanks but no. Emma, at reception, was fantastic. She was really busy with other customers- but she managed to get us another room. Guess what- no internet… it’s an old building with lots of stucco. I am tired and...

Nice modern hotel which once an insurance company. So you have the feel of staying in an historic hotels with modern amenities.

There is nothing I didn't like except for probably a weirdly working AC, that allowed for a very limited range of temperatures to be set. The definite and GREAT positive is the location within walking distance to all major places to see.

The front desk was friendly and helpful. Hotel has a built in theater, perfect for a rainy day evening. Location is great, a short walk to everything! Breakfast is included in out stay and food choices are decent. However, the waitress was so rude to me, an Asian, she didn’t greet me but picked me among 8-10 persons at the buffet tables to ask “what’s your room number “ after I’ve told her, she still looked suspicious, made me feel uncomfortable. This is a fantastic place. Has the old world charm and yet with all the amenities inside the room that makes your stay comfortable. The room was very quiet and we had some good view of the town. It's in a historical part of the city (though not in old town) and at a few minutes walking distance from all main attractions , the Mirabell palace and from the start of the Sound of Music tour.

The location was perfect, the staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was a good value. I recommend staying on the ground floor if you have American standards (ha) for air conditioning in the summer.

Leonardo Salzburg City Center is conveniently situated a five minute walk away from the heart of the tourism sites. The hotel is very clean. The staff is attentive. The buffet is good. There are some nicer restaurants in the opposite direction from the tunnel to the city. Also we were able to catch the bus right in front of the hotel, even to get to the airport at the end of our stay which was very convenient too.

I booked this room because of its location and was not disappointed. The price was great, especially for how close it is to downtown Salzburg and its sites. While the room was small, it was clean and well appointed. Nearby street parking was convenient. I would gladly stay here again.
