The concierge was very friendly and helpful in checking us in and directing us to our room and the hotel amenities. Our room was in a beautiful building adorned with marble through-out. The cleanliness was impeccable and our room with the loft was absolutely beautiful with views out over the city. Both levels in the loft unit had temperature control, which was nice to have for the 2-level space. We would definitely stay here again!
