Very comfortable room - we were in the separate residence. The only problem we had was the poor quality WiFi. The staff were helpful especially around finding the parking.

Very clean hotel with exceptional service and a great breakfast. The property is a great location to shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions and has a great staff, both at the reception desk but also the wait staff and cleaners. Nothing in the hotel was out of place. Great attention to details.

where to start... The hotel location is perfectly located, steps from old town, Mirabel gardens, night life and all the cultural attractions. Staff was excellent and extremely professional and courteous. Breakfast was a proper Alpine offering with Lattes etc to order. Rooms were spacious...beds were comfy and pillows were large...bathrooms had everything... including a nice shampoo AND conditioner. Everything you want when traveling abroad... would come back again and again

Pool and bar were awesome. Good prices and very relaxing. Able to rent e-bikes directly from the hotel. Hotel is located right next to a mini mart and in the center of downtown with less than 10 min walk to train and bus stations. Breakfast is bomb!

8/10 Very good

Air conditional was an issue for a couple of hours on one night. Amazing location. Thats the USP. Overpriced for what I paid for sure. Should be atleast €50-€70 cheaper a night .

One of the few hotels with air conditioning, which is very nice in the summer months. Great location also, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and Mirabell Palace.

We had a very lovely welcome after a late night arrival by train. The check in person was wonderful, helping us access our room and a badly needed glass of wine to wind down after a long, difficult trip. Lovely hotel and even better staff.

Great hotel! The spa area was great too. The nice thing is that you are already in the town, no traffic noise, walking distance to the Getreidegasse and overall, a great experience. We will come back.

I travelled as a solo traveler and had a very clean and somewhat small spare room. Comfortable, small deep soaking tub which I loved. Location was perfect.
