"The room was extremely hot. The AC only works when outside temperatures raise above 26 degrees, but since the afternoon sun hits a side of the hotel, not even leaving the windows wide open would help to cool down the rooms on that side."

All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful and the entire stay was very easy. The location of the hotel was excellent for sightseeing in Vienna as most major sites could be reached on foot."
