The room was clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was superb, with a tram stop opposite, everything was easy to get to. There was also a market around the corner, a supermarket across the road and if it’s your thing, a Subway sandwich outlet almost next door! The only slight negative was the wifi connection was very weak in our top floor room!

View from the room was incredible! Great location for exploring Innsbruck in a day, very easy to walk around, close to many dining options and shopping. Our 3rd stay here so they must be doing something right. Great location by the river a few minutes from the old centre. It’s not Tyrol cute & pretty but it provides ample room space etc for a short stop-over, easy check-in and great breakfasts from the on-site cafe downstairs.
