We arrived late due to a delayed flugbt, and the staff made sure our stay was smooth checking in. Room was lovely and clean . Nothing to fault , wish we could have stayed longer

We had a very nice stay here. Our room was great and the staff was helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I appreciated that I could get coffee pretty much whenever I wanted it. It was about a 10-15 min. walk to the Underground/Subway and/or Tram 18. The Vienna airport train line S7 was an 8-10 min. walk.

Breakfast was offered for an additional fee (€19) during check-in at reception and is available in the cool bar next door to main building. Staff were both friendly and happy to answer all questions. Room was lovely and having a balcony was great…wish i’d been staying longer. Loved the sound station and TV positioned at end of bed…perfect for a cost night in. Plus, liked the bar area and the caipirhinas!

The room is great! Clean, calm, comfortable, equipped with private kitchen and Bluetooth sound system. Simply excellent! Good transport connection with main attractions. I felt a little lack of staff as the reception was always crowded, maybe because the hotel is very big tho…

This is a great hotel in an area outside the ‘ inner ring’ but transport into the centre is so easy by 71 tram or the metro. There are also several excellent restaurants a stones throw away so no need to travel into the centre. Also a great bakery right next door. The rooms are large with good facilities, though a few t bags and coffee pods would have been nice. A lamp by both sides of the bed would have made life easier too! My only quibble on cleanliness was that the corridor carpet needed a really good hoover but in the three days we stayed there it remained dirty. Otherwise a great find at a reasonable price for Vienna

Only a 1 night stay, but the hotel is in a great location and has a tram stop only 5 mins away. The room is super nice, with loads of mod cons. The breakfast was great too, situated in a café next door.

Really enjoyed this stay. Rooms were great and I love that this hotel is conscious of the environment and our footprint, but also being realistic with needs such as laundry or extra towels. There was no A/C in the rooms but the place was set to a comfortable temperature and in-room A/C even in mid July seemed unnecessary due to that. Great location with busses, bikes and bakeries nearby. I would stay again.
