We stayed for a weekend getaway and everything at this hotel was just perfect. I called ahead to request an early check in and the front desk person was very personable and helpful and left a great impression. The hotel is decorated beautifully and the rooms are spacious with great amenities. Lovely robes and slippers, coconut bath products, towel warmer, wet bar sink and coffee setup - the attention to detail makes this a more luxury stay. There is a great restaurant on site with room service...

Great value motel with excellent facilities clean a good bed a spa bath and quiet and we love using this motel which they are renovating we were given a newly renovated apartment It was excellent we will be back

The only negative was the pool cleaner hadn’t shown up over the holidays so the pool wasn’t open but the room was great and the beach beautiful.

I have stayed here before so it makes life easier to use somewhere you have been before. They are very easy to find and handily situated to McLean Park if you are heading to Napier for the cricket. Sky TV and a swimming pool complete the package. AC also appreciated.

The owners Tom and Esther are fantastic host's and the accommodation is perfectly located for views and walking distances to most of the best Napier has to offer. Would not stay anywhere else in Napier, 10/10 would recommend everytime.

Great location in town. Room was quiet and warm. Easy walk across the road to the waterfront or round the corner to the mall and restaurants. Has plenty of character in the hotel. Rooms are not large, but they don't need to be. Main bar downstairs closed early on a Friday night, 9 pm, but the interconnecting Irish bar was still going. Car parking was easy enough in the street out front, but council do have cars with number plate readers patrolling and enforcing so make sure you pay from 8am.

Perfect - just what I needed. Clean, super comfortable, comfy bed, black out curtains, lovely staff and lovely food in the restaurant. And you can't beat the setting!

The room was quite large and the ocean view was outstanding. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were able to walk to dinner, the parks, the main street and the aquarium. We had everything we needed for our 2 night stay.

Nice hotel in Napier New Zealand close to the water. With nice water views good location close to restaurants and shopping. Loved the antique shop next door! Room was nicely appointed comfy bed and great pillow selection... Ring in advance if you require extra bedding for the suite.

Clean and comfortable and spacious. Mark was a gem. He called me to let me know I left some medication. Thank you for the extra effort. Would stay again and stay longer.

The owner was very friendly, nice clean room with amenities. Great location to the sites we wanted to see. Very close to ocean, gardens, aquarium.

View from Pacific View 1 suite was great. Room was clean with great amenities. Contactless entry worked well. Parking is extra at $25NZ per night about 3 blocks away with reasonable front of building drop off point. Had a few questions and Cody the property manager answered reasonably quickly. Used the laundry space as well and room had free detergent. Was able to save credit card fees by wiring payment in advance.
