It is great value but it is getting rundown. The check in was very poor. I love the size of the rooms.

Lovely, friendly staff. Opposite the beach with a lovely view of the ocean. Walking distance into Napier city centre. Property needs some maintenance - the toilet roll holder was falling off and the bathroom needs maintenance in general but it is close to the centre with lovely staff.
