The unit was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly. In particular we managed to do a few loads of washing through them and it was returned quickly, which was great. The TV in the second bedroom did not work and despite asking a number of times it was not fixed. There was not an electric blanket in the second bedroom but when asked it was provided quickly. The heat pump needs replacing but overall the facilities were very good for a short-term stay

Was good to find owners had put a key in lockbox as our plane was late,We had ground floor unit, There’s no Internet as was disconnected message kept saying. Also No Hand soap by handbasin had to use shower pump on slippery floor (So we brought one soap pump)The bed was bouncy & the bathroom wasn’t clean properly when shower was on water went over toilet as A short shower curtain didn’t cover hand-basin or toilet. Was still a ok place to stay Basic Poor No Internet….,

The manager Josefina was so friendly and accommodating. I had called to ask if it was possible to check in earlier than 2pm, quite a bit earlier actually and she was happy to allow me to. The room was clean, comfortable and the location is excellent. I would recommend this property most definitely. Thank you so much for being so wonderfully nice.

Nice easy stay, provided late check in for us. Room was big and had lots of ammenities. Clean kitchen, bathroom and lounge. The only down thing we experienced were the Utes that parked in the entrance way, real tight to squeeze past. Friendly reception too :) would stay again!

This motel was very quiet and peaceful – that's a big deal for me. It's within short walking distance of the main shopping area in Taradale, which has many bakeries, cafes, bars and restaurants. The staff of the motel were very friendly and they gave us a free upgrade to a two-roomed unit – that was VERY kind – it blew us away.
