"We were on adventure through the South and had to stop for over night close to Naples. This is 4* hotel. The building is undergoing refurburishment and scaffolding is all over the building. We arrived around 10pm and we were greeted coldly-could be the language barrier? Then the shock that very loud music being broadcasted on all floors which wasn't switched off until we called the receptionist to do so. The breakfast

"We arrived at approximately 4:00pm to check in and were met with an awkward reaction. For some reason this hotel has checkin only at 9:00pm, and we missed that note during booking. They made an exception and accommodated us as an exception. Never heard of a hotel only allowing checkin as of 9:00pm. The room was amazing, but because we were located right next to reception, there was lots of noise all night."

"It was an amzing hotel. Well modern refurbished and the staff were amazing. Tried everything they can to help and make our stay comfortable. Plenty of parking spaces FREE. Swimming pool clean and quiet. Bar prices were very cheap compare to other beach holiday we have been to and not much more than outside the hotel. We loved the place and next time in that area, that is the hotel we will choose. Breakfast

breakfast was very nice and servers were great. Front desk staff was impatient. I’m not sure if this is the end of the season but the staff was limited. We had to ask for towels, water, luggage rack(don’t have but 1),body wash, etc. Had to pay for everything including the shuttle from the taxi since the hotel is on a pedestrian only street. "It was the only hotel close to the beach that I could find to an okay price. Different staffs had different personalities but overall it was good and helpful service. You can get free shuttle to / from the forio port and to the beach. Location is great, there are some food markets + pharmacy nearby and bus stations that go everywhere on the island.
