The Hotel was clean, the staff was excellent so the only complaint was the strong heavy smell of cigarette smoke as we entered the room. I know more people in Europe smoke and maybe we should have asked for a non-smoking room but it was a downer. Maybe the policy for the hotel to ask when booking. Other than that everything went great. I'd definitely recommend.

Property was absolutely gorgeous, views were amazing, you could smell fresh flowers anywhere you were on the property. Cats are super friendly and completely make the space. Hotel Marad was a fantastic 3night stay. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and made me and my son feel so welcome. I was really impressed with the sky bar and its staff too, they were a great bunch. We had a really good time up there each evening. Breakfast was just right. We had dinner a couple of nights. The menu changes everyday and all the food was spot on too. Reasonably priced. They also arranged a local transfer from the hotel back to the airport for us, which was so helpful and decent car. Finally the location of the hotel is perfect for trips to Pompei and surrento. Local train station is nearby. I would definitely recommend this place and even stay again if i was visiting the area. 👏👏👏

This hotel is so lovely. The staff instantly came out to help us on arrival and were so kind and gracious! The room was very clean and well-maintained with great facilities for my husband in a wheelchair (we had the accessible room which was very large and had a wet room). The view from the rooftop is stunning and the restaurant was lovely with delicious, fresh food. We didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting! Staff helped with all taxi requests making sure that we paid a fair rate. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Hotel Marad for two nights and had booked two rooms. We had a very pleasant experience overall. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in, but the staff were very welcoming and gave us one of the rooms straight away, which was really helpful as we could leave our luggage there. The parking facilities are excellent, with plenty of spaces available. We had no trouble finding a parking spot, even though the hotel was quite busy on our first day. The pool area is very nice. The pool itself isn’t very large, but it is deep at both ends and was great for a swim. A swimming cap is required, but you can easily buy one at the hotel. The rooftop bar is definitely a highlight. It’s a fantastic place to enjoy a drink in the evening.' The breakfast was really good. Good selection, which was constantly replenished. Tasty coffee from the coffee machine. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but it is very convenient if you are travelling by car, with easy access to the motorway. It took us 25 minutes to reach the airport Saturday morning 7 o'clock in the morning.' Good selection, which was constantly replenished. Tasty coffee from the coffee machine. Everything was wonderful. It was so much better staying here than inside of Naples. Especially from a traffic perspective as it was not far from the highway. Easy to navigate. As a solo woman traveler this staff helping with my luggage for the entry stair is helpful. The surrounding neighborhood had stores with better pricing than in Naples, local small restaurants that were amazing. The view of Mount Vesuvius in the morning and at night is impeccable from the rooftop terrace. The rooms were amazing. The staff the decor, the ambience, the breakfast room all of the areas of the hotel just beautiful. The rooms were clean. The staff was super helpful. English was really good from everyone I encountered or at least they understood enough to be helpful. Breakfast was amazing this place gets a 10 out of 10.
