Clean, small rooms and a decent location a short ride from Atocha station. We stayed here as a 1 night stop before flying out of Spain the next day which it worked well for. I wouldn’t recommend the location for a lengthy tourist visit but the hotel is nice and the staff were great.

Great location for tourists visiting Madrid with a Metro station and bus station a short walk away. Super friendly and helpful staff. Only minor complaint is the rooms are really bare bones. No fridge in a warm country seems odd. Bathroom and shower door are also the same which made showering a challenge. However, given the location and how good service was from the staff I would still stay there again.

Everything very Clean and organized. My only complain: there was not water to drink at the lobby nor in the room. The container at the lobby it was alway empty, and when I asked they just send me to a store to buy. I was very suprise because it was super hot and no water??? Reasonable rates, and decent location near Mendez Alvaro station. Atocha station also not far from the hotel but a bit of a trek if you have your bags. Hotel is clean and well maintained, few amenities though, rooms are on the smaller side, with two of us, it would have been nice to have a second shelf for our things and a few more plugs, hooks, etc. Continental breakfast was a nice add on by the hotel, appreciated having a bite to start off our day. Would love to have the water at the entrance being filled throughout the day, in 35 degrees celsius it’s nice to be welcomed with something refreshing. Would also suggest to the hotel to have a sign for which glasses are clean /used as they were switching sides on different days and people were sometimes putting used glasses on the clean side :( Overall it was a good experience for a hotel without too many frills!

The ascetic no-frills format of this Marriott Bonvoy hotel fits right into the hip Atocha barrio vibe even if there is only water available in the lounge area. Staff were very good and well-informed. If you're in Madrid for tourism and need a hotel to sleep, shower, and go, this is hotel is prefect. If you want to spend time in the hotel, do some work in a spacious room, or dine and drink at the hotel, this is not the place for you. Our room was a standard queen room. It was small, with one queen bed, bathroom, a hair dryer, a shelf for clothes, and two little shelves at each side of the bed bed acting as night tables. It also has air conditioning and even though the lowest set point the thermostat allowed was 20 C, I am sure it was actually colder because the room got pretty cold at night. The room does not come with a coffee maker, microwave, fridge, iron/ironing board, and it lacks closet space. It doesn't include breakfast but you can get it for 13€ per person. The hotel is very well located, just 5 minutes away from the Mendez Alvaro train station. The check-in process was quick. Staff were friendly and they spoke English and Spanish. Upon arrival the room was clean and organized. It is modern, and there's little wear and tear. The bathroom has only one door that acts as bathroom and shower door. There was enough space under the bed to store a couple of medium sized suitcases. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would book again. This is somewhat of a no-frills hotels, with a cost per night in sync with what it offers. It is perfect to sleep, shower, and go out and discover Madrid. If you're looking for a hotel experience, look somewhere else.

This hotel chain purchased the easy hotel chain which was extremely basis hotels and rebrand them they are extremely basic even the restroom door is the same as the shower door They are expensive for what it is Four star on the name and extreme basic experience
