The hotel itself was good, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. However, the location was a major downside. There were very few restaurants or dining options within walking distance, which was inconvenient. The neighborhood also felt quite dirty, with a lot of trash on the streets and many homeless people around. Unfortunately, the area did not give us a strong sense of safety, especially when walking around in the evening. Overall, the hotel was good and the staff were great, but the location and surrounding neighborhood significantly affected our experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and close to the train station (approximately a 6 minute walk). The garden area out front of the hotel was a nice bonus! We were told the area wasn't the best, but we didn't have any issues as female travelers, even in the evenings. We would stay here again.
