The room was comfortable and spacious although the bathroom is perhaps a little dated now and the shower quite a squeeze (even for a size 12 woman) but having a bath was much appreciated. Our evening meal was good, though not exceptional but nothing to complain about. We were disappointed that the answer to our question as to whether we could have porridge without salt was a very firm 'no' but it was a nice...
