"Great location, right near Karlsplatz and the Nachtmarket. The hotel staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. In our time there we were treated to two one-hour concerts by world renowned artists (free). There was free coffee tea and cake for several hours in the afternoon and because we were there on Christmas Day we received a music CD of Beethoven’s music played by the concert artists. It was a wonderful place to spend Christmas. It was very clean and welcoming."

"Wonderful Hotel ideally situated within the Ringstrasse with great shopping and restaurants close by. Also within easy walking distance to most of the major attractions in Vienna i.e. Sisi Museum, Spanish Riding School, Opera, St. Stephen’s Cathedral and the National Museum. Very accommodating staff, great breakfast and large and very comfortable rooms. Would definitely look forward to staying there the next visit to Vienna."
