This hotel was very modern and exceptionally clean. I also really appreciated how helpful and welcoming the front desk team was throughout our stay. The location was perfect for us! It was within walking distance of many attractions, with rail stations nearby that made it easy to get anywhere we wanted as tourists. Most places were also only about a 15–20 minute scooter ride away. I would absolutely stay here again if I return to Vienna.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with amazing rooms. Our suite was stunning and the in-room sauna was an amazing and unique addition. The room was so well designed, super comfortable and clean. The staff were absolutely fantastic helping us out almost immediately whenever we needed anything with wonder service. Location was also superb close to so many major tourist locations and easy to get around from. Great local shops around too. Cannot recommend a hotel more than this, may be one of the best Ive ever stayed at for the price!

This hotel has the potential to be amazing! The rooms were very spacious, nice design and modern. Location is great and next to a lot of restaurants, grocery, and walkable to main attractions. Housekeeping did a great job and the rooms were very clean. With that said, there is a huge drawback that ruined my stay. And it’s the air conditioning! Practically non-existent. In a huge room like this, they had a one small split unit fan to support the entire room/bathroom/living area. The temperature in the room stayed at around 24-25 degrees Celsius (76-77 degrees Fahrenheit). I opened the window to get cool breeze in but being on the side of a busy street, there was no difference with sleeping on the street hearing car alarms, sirens, honking, people talking etc. I asked the hotel for help and they told me there is nothing they can do to cool the room down. I also question if during the winter if this small fan they have will be able to warm the entire room. Even my European friends agreed. If they can fix the air conditioning, I would stay here again and highly recommend to everyone. But regardless of how nice a room can be or location, if you can’t sleep at night it does ruin your stay.
