A great little hotel in the heart of Vienna, on the same block as the famed Museum Cafe, and easy walking to the Musikverein, the Kunsthistorisches, the Opera House, St. Stephen's, and even The Third Man tour of Vienna's sewers. Didn’t live up to the photos. We booked a large room based upon the photos. What we got was so far from it, it was extremely dated, worn and dirty and acceptable. The staff did make it right and moved us after the first night and the second room was better. Location is excellent, friendly and helpful team and large room but the decor dated. Breakfast was average. It’s a small dining room so it’s hard to fit much more than they feature. Photos of the original suite.

The room was really spacious with classical decor. The location was great and so was staff. Free coffee (excellent quality!) and sparkling water were nice, unexpected amenities and we took full advantage. The only thing was that the bed mattress was a bit too bouncy for us. We will most definitely book this hotel when we go back for more visit.

We loved the location of the hotel. It is walking distance to so many popular sites in Vienna and right next to the train line. We stayed in one of their "apartments" which worked out really well for us. There was a small kitchen, supplied with plates and cups, dishwasher, microwave. After being on the road for the previous week and a half, it was a lovely change to pick up groceries - from across the street, and bring them back for an affordable and relaxed meal. The staff at the desk were very helpful and kind. They only offer cleaning upon request. That was fine for us. It was easy to get additional towels once we asked. The room was not "fancy", but it was comfortable. I would stay again.

We enjoyed the hotel and found the staff to be welcoming and helpful! The location was fairly near to the attractions which we liked. We were happy to receive a free upgrade in our room. The only thing I would say that didn’t make it perfect was that the bed was too firm for our backs and the pillows could have been a bit more supportive. The breakfast gave good options and the service there was excellent!
