2 Star Hotels in Old Town Amsterdam

I've stayed here twice now and both times were excellent. Very relaxed atmosphere, with a nice community centric vibe and helpful staff. So close to the train station that from walking out the front door to walking out of Amsterdam Centraal into the city center is less than 25 minutes even on the busiest mornings.

Good location and walkable to everywhere. Easy checkin and Goran & Jonny both very helpful. I reccomend highly

We stayed 3 nights with our 10 yr old. We really enjoyed our stay. There are not a lot of recent reviews for this location and some things seem to have been updated. 1) This is an apartment and not a hotel. It has a kitchen and washer/dryer available for use (both of which were very helpful). There is a 2nd bedroom that is locked off and used by the owner's adult son during the day. However, we only saw him once and this was not an issue for us as our bedroom and private bathroom had a lock for...

Perfect for my needs as a solo traveler

Great place and location! I enjoyed walking all around the neighborhood. Great stores and restaurants. Very quiet at night.

Upon our arrival on 29 July 2016, we were greeted by a young man (sorry that we didn't get his name) who was friendly and very helpful. He provided us with information for local places to eat and the basics of the area. The hotel location makes it easy to hop the local tram, walk to parks and museums, rent bicycles, have plenty of restaurants and stores a couple of minutes walking. This was juxtaposed with a pleasant quiet night's sleep. Being in the heart of things usually means lots of...

This was the best place that we stayed at during our trip. Everything was perfect, the coffee setup, the linens, the cleanliness and attention to details. The town of Weesp was quite and literally out of a landscape photo book with a few but very good restaurants. My only suggestion for future travelers is to buy an Amsterdam region pass for commuting to and from Weesp. I wasn’t aware that the town is outside the metro area and is not covered by the Amsterdam pass. Make sure you get the pass at...

My stay at this property was great. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, kind and welcoming. If needed, they helped in guiding visitors of what was in the city and gave great suggestions of great city sites. From check-in to service to amenities, the staff was professional. The location of the property is great as it is close to everything and within walking distance. The property is always clean and presentable.

Found this hotel to be a wonderful option when staying in Amsterdam. It's an easy 15-minute train ride from Amsterdam Central Station, then a five-minute walk from the station. Zaanse Schahn is an easy 10-minute walk from the hotel. We found the small town charming, with a chocolate shop, two bakeries, and several good restaurants and a local brewery to eat at. Highly recommend.

The staff was very helpful and kind.

Great hosts, very caring

I’ve never stayed at a place like this before!

Very clean facility. Staff were wonderful. A surprisingly fun part of our stay in Amsterdam

Amazing showers and comfortable bed. Would recommend booking a room with exterior view as our interior view windows faced the elevator. Overall, a safe, quiet place to stay.

Great option for close proximity to the airport. Very nice for the price - newly remodeled with the decor you see in typical 4 star properties. Very clean, quiet and super comfortable.
