The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, tho keep in mind budget European hotel rooms in old buildings are very small… quaint. It was a bit gross, there was mould in the roof. It was a little annoying that you couldn’t take the room card out of the hotel but it was fine. The personal were nice and made jokes. We would have given an excellent review instead of GOOD, but the rooms were very warm due to outside heat wave. Laura was outstanding in providing us with a 2nd fan an d then went out of her way to ask another couple if they would like to ride share on our next morning to the cruise terminal. Hotel breakfast was very good. Hotel is basic, no phones in room, no lotions in bathroom, no blow dryer, but very clean. Rate was great and location to Dam Square is perfect. Lots of canals to walk around.
