It locates on top of Goereme so that you can enjoy wonderful view all day and hot air balloons in the morning. At night, there is a rooftop bar with romantic live music and night views. "Wonderful location, amazing staff who were SO very helpful at every step of our trip. Beautiful rooms, just right for our stay. One of our group even left a bracelet in her room on the day we were leaving and they arranged for it to be posted back to us. Incredibly lovely and helpful staff. The breakfast was also delicious!"

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Carus Cappadocia. The staff was very helpful, kind, caring and professional. Their new restaurant Di Rocco had very good service and wonderful, delicious food. "We had a good time at Terra Cave hotel. The place is well located and has a nice terrace with a view and a large breakfast area. The bedroom was spacious, cozy, and well decorated. The only issue was the bathroom, which we thought was old-looking and not super convenient (for instance, the sink didn't have any shelves). Some maintenance issues as well (old appliances, bathroom door didn't close properly, the fiddly shower head, etc.). Some plant pots were also missing their plants in the common grounds... just little details that could be improved. But the personnel was kind and attentive."

"The hotel is located above the fray of the downtown center but within an easy access of the downtown. There are great views of the surrounding area from several balconies and the roof rooftop deck. We have stayed there twice and both times have been extremely enjoyable. The staff really makes the difference, especially the night manager who escort you through the building with his dog, Whiskey. The restaurant there is highly rated and very good. We had breakfast and dinner there. We also had dinner at their sister properties. This was nice because the sister property would call when your table was ready so you could walk over from one hotel to the other. We stayed there twice and if we end up going to the region again, we would stay there another time. The rooms are all unique and pleasant to be in."

"Gunay the main guy at reception was really lovely and nice, so helpful, The cat Luna was also very welcoming. The hotel had character and was quaint. The only issue i had was the breasfast staff. I was leaving the breakfast area and took an extra cookie that was in a wrapper and was told off, he said that i can't do take away and can only eat it. I think that was pretty inappropriate and mean as i only took a few extra cookies and i hardly ate anything at the breakfast table, plus it was just a cookie. I also think it was not welcoming or nice to tell your hotel guest that unless it was unreasonable i was emptying everything out onto a doggy bag, Please train your staff better."
