Special thanks to Emir, he managed our balloon, green tour, hotel pick up and drop off… any question we had he replied via WhatsApp at the second. If you are allergic to dogs or cats do NOT stay at this hotel. There are multiple dogs and 1 cat roaming all around the hotel and next to/in rooms. I am allergic to dogs and my allergies were terrible, especially inside my room. I think they let dogs inside my room previously. And there was mold in my bathroom above the tub. Other than that the hotel was good. Staff was extremely friendly and breakfast was great, great location as well.
